FETC: Real Estate (NQF4), is a basic qualification requirement for a career in residential and commercial property.

 

This FETC: Real Estate (NQF4), a Services Seta accredited certification, will allow you to reach your goals in becoming a fully certified and industry recognized real estate professional, registered with the Property Practitioner’s Regulatory Authority of South Africa.
