CPMD stands for the College of People Management and Development

CPMD is an accredited training provider and consultant to the public and private sectors – offering courses to Individual Students, Corporate Clients and Government. CPMD is an experienced long-standing privately owned FET College and Propriety Limited Company, primarily meeting a spectrum of training needs of learners and delegates across Southern Africa and internationally.

It is a dynamic company headed by Graeme Jay, a well-known teacher, educator, lecturer and academic. The college is run from its head office in Norwood, Johannesburg. The college utilizes a complement of regular and other lecturers and facilitators to provide expertise in various fields of study.

Programmes include a full range of management and soft skills courses in housed in various schools, such as: Real Estate, Property Management and Development, Finance and Accounting, IMM GSM Marketing, Public Sector Real Estate, Finance and Accounting, Social Housing, Consumer and Beneficiary Education, Borrower Education, Communications, Leadership and Management, Time Management, Team Building and Motivation.

The name CPMD encapsulates the diversity of the company's offering, and the nature of its clients. Property, Finance, Accounting and Marketing are the core programmes offered – however CPMD has extensive experience in a variety of management subjects and disciplines, ensuring a holistic approach to all areas of studies. CPMD also offers expertise within the public sector and has worked with government departments at all levels.
