The purpose of this course is to provide delegates with a detailed knowledge of how to manage different types of properties effectively and professionally, and ensure profit.

Delegates will also learn about the general principles of facilities management, including maintenance, security, occupation health and safety and tenant related issues.

The significance of the property manager and a practical approach to financial management and valuations will be provided.
