CPMD has expanded its professional services to include alternative dispute resolution through mediation.

Our mediators are accredited with the South African Association of Arbitrators and the Society of Mediators (UK), which allows for registration as court annexed mediators.

Mediation is a voluntary process in which a trained, impartial mediator guides all parties toward resolution through structured discussion and open negotiation. It can be arranged quickly and costs a fraction of formal court proceedings.

Graeme Jay – CPMD Managing Director

Graeme Jay holds qualifications in commerce, law and property development, including B.Com, B.Com Hons, LLB, PGDip (Property Development and Management) and MSc Building (Property Development and Management). He is accredited as a mediator with the South African Association of Arbitrators and the Society of Mediators (UK). He has extensive experience in property law and commercial practice and has conducted several successful concluded mediations. CPMD has several other highly experienced mediators as well.
