CPMD stands for the College of People Management and Development, a privately owned, Proprietary Limited Company, primarily meeting a spectrum of training needs of learners across Southern Africa and internationally.

It is a dynamic company headed by Graeme Jay, a well-known educator, lecturer and academic. The college is run from its head office in Sydenham, Johannesburg, but offers tuition nationwide. The college utilizes a complement of regular and other lecturers to provide expertise.

Property is only one of the major subjects offered – others include finance, accounting, management, soft skills and consumer education.
