COURSE NAME: Homeowners association management (hoam)
COURSE DETAILS
The purpose of this course is to provide delegates with detailed knowledge ofvarious management issues relating to an Homeowners Association. It offers technical knowledge of this aspect of real estate, that can be practically applied on a daily basis.
In this course, you will learn about the differences between a common law HOA and an HOA that is constituted in terms of the Companies Act, as most HOAs are. You will also learn about the structure of the and various clauses that you will find in the Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) of an HOI, being the Constitution of the HOA. You will also be exposed to a typical set of HOA financial statements.
